Dietician Coming to Playroom

On June 19th, Laura from Sun Country Health, will be coming to the second hour of playroom to discuss picky eaters. We will meet at the library to talk about and answer any questions you have about picky eaters and your child's nutrition. Everyone welcome!

Beautiful Butterflies

We made wonderful butterflies in playroom this week. We used bingo dabbers on wooden butterfly pieces and added a magnet. We also made coffee filter butterflies. Just colour the filter and spray with water. After they are dry, add a clothes pin for the body.

Mini Masters Program

If you're looking for something fun to do, the mini masters program starts on Saturday! It's from 10-11 at the Carlyle Public Library for kids ages 2-6 and their parents. Join us for an art project and fun games. Everyone welcome!

Pop Art Fun

Seedlings!

 Check out how much our seedlings are growing!!!  Do you remember when they were just little seeds?  Today the garden beds were ordered for the vegetable gardens, planting will be a bit late this year, but it was a long cold spring.  Aren't you glad Winter is over???

Fishy Fun

Today at playroom we made some really cute fish. We added stick on jewels and fins to a CD. I had everything pre-cut but if older kids wanted to do this craft, they could cut them out themselves. We used foam for the fins and mouth but construction paper would work too.

Garden Art
