What is CFY Summer Club?

The CFY Summer Club program was designed to help the community of Carlyle co-ordinate summer children’s activities throughout the community and reduce competition and duplication of services. Families register their children (either in advance or as a drop in rate) at our central location and then our trained facilitators escort the group to the various programs throughout the community. The fee covers the cost of a nutritious snack and the admission to the program of the day.

Who are the Partner Organizations?

The organizations involved in this program are: The Carlyle Elementary School, Cornerstone Family and Youth, Rusty Relics Museum, The Carlyle Public Library, The Crescent Point Leisure Complex and the Town of Carlyle Parks.

When and Where?

The program begins daily from: July 2nd – August 23rd
Program Times will be 12:45 – 4:15 PM Daily.
Drop off and pick up location: The CES School Gym Doors

Program Schedules:

Monday: CES Garden Tuesday: Rusty Relics Museum Wednesday: Crescent Point Leisure Complex Thursday: Carlyle Library Friday: Open Play at various locations

**Children must be dropped off at the CES Gym prior to the afternoon’s activity to be accepted as a Summer Club attendee. Children dropped off at program locations will not be the responsibility of the CFY Summer Club and are subject to that facility’s regular program fee’s.**

What are the Costs?

Annual Pass: $ 120.00 per child

Weekly Rate: $ 20.00 per child

Drop in Rate: $ 5.00 per child

*The rates only cover program admissions during CFY Summer Club hours and are non-transferable between family members.

How do I register my child?

Registration forms will be sent out through the CES school in mid – June. Registration forms will also be available at the Carlyle Public Library. Phone in and e-mail registrations are also accepted. Weekly and daily drop in rates are accepted at the beginning of each week or program, however only (30) children can attend at one time. Drop in spaces are first come first serve.
