R-tworx: Love Monsters

Last week was Valentine's Day, so the kids at R-tworx had a blast making Love Pom Pom Monsters out of yarn and scrap bits.  We played around with different ways to create pom poms using popsicle sticks, forks and paper plates. Check out the Love Monsters tutorial here!

Valentine’s Literacy Day

This week I had another literacy day so the kids were able to go home with some Valentine's goodies. We made a heart "tree" for craft by tracing their hands and part way down their arm. They then used heart shaped containers to stamp the "leaves" on.
