Our story this week went along with last weeks weather…… rain.
We enjoyed being inside where it was warm and dry……
And we tried to cheer ourselves up with a fun simple butterfly craft!
1. coffee filters
2. washable markers
3. color the coffee filter with many different colors and patterns
4. And to go along with the raindrop theme ~ spray the colored coffee filter with water
5. hang to dry OR use the hair dryer!
6. fan fold, scrunch up the centre, clip with a clothes pin, draw a face on the clothes pin, add a small piece of pipe cleaner for antennae and voila a cheerful colorful butterfly!
You can also add a magnet to the back of the clothes pin, and it then becomes a cute fridge magnet.
