On Oct 7th, students at the Carlyle Elementary School took part in the At Home Alone safety program. The program runs in two sessions – Fire Safety / Street Proofing and When to Call 911 with the Fire Dept and RCMP and a second session with Supreme Ambulance that teaches kids the basics of first aid and what to expect if they ever need to call an ambulance.
Another session will be held for grades 4,5,6 in the late winter/early spring of 2015.
