Let’s make it rain!

Mrs. Bell reads the story: Cloudette

The group works on their rain sticks.

The clean up goo is as fun as the project!

For this activity we used:

• Clear plastic cups (mason jars or drinking cups would work too)
• Shaving Cream
• Water
• Food Colouring

1. Fill your container 3/4 full of water.

2. Fill the remainder of the container with shaving cream (these are your clouds)

3. Slowly drip food coloring over the clouds.  As the dye builds up in the “clouds” it will leak through and begin to slowly rain in your container.

4. To extend this project try painting with the left overs.
