These easy to make tissue ghosts make a great Halloween craft.

You will need:

• 2 tissues per ghost
• 1 small elastic or piece of string
• 1 black marker

Bunch up one tissue.  Place it in the center of the second tissue and fold around the balled up kleenex.

Use an elastic to hold the second tissue around the first, making the ghost shape.  Use the maker to give your ghost a face.
